                              RESOLUTION NO. 21698
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CHIEF OF THE
                 CHATTANOOGA POLICE DEPARTMENT TO ENTER INTO A
                 CONTRACT WITH TWH ARCHITECTS FOR ARCHITECTURAL
                 SERVICES ON THE 911 BUILDING PROJECT FOR AN
                 AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED FORTY-ONE THOUSAND, NINE 
                 HUNDRED SIXTY-FOUR AND 48/100 DOLLARS
                 ($41,964.48).
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that the Chief of the Chattanooga Police
       Department be and is hereby authorized to enter into a Contract
       with TWH Architects for architectural services on the 911 
Building
       Project for an amount not to exceed $41,964.48.
